MOST COMMON ISSUE: EASY FIX
In the thousands of uses of Cinemagic, we've only had one recurring issue ever and it's caused by a simple user error that can be fixed very easily! If you receive a "missing custom lut" error with some of the sliders, it is simply because you did not install the LUTs exactly according to the instructions. Additionally, if down the road you rearrange your "Custom LUTs" folder in FCPX, BE SURE TO NOT CHANGE THE FOLDER STRUCTURE OF THE CINEMAGIC LUTS AND DO NOT DELETE THEM or else you will receive an error notification. If this happens, you can reach out to redownload the plugin files. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for a response. If you are in an emergency with a deadline looming, you can always just repurchase the plugin if you need it immediately available.
